2-Player CCG · Supply Chain Edition v5.1 · Print & Play
A two-player NYC turf war — with no mana screw
*From 50 simulated games — engine balance data, not human playtesting.
No Mana Screw
Every card game has a way to lose before you lose. In Magic it's the lands — the games where you sit on two lands for five turns while your opponent plays. Street Hustle is built so that can't happen: your resource base is on the table before turn one, and your opening hand is guaranteed to be playable.
Both players begin with Basic Street already on the table, generating Heat every turn. Nothing in the draw step decides whether you get to play the game. In Magic terms: you start with a land in play, always.
One Borough card per turn costs zero Heat, and it's your resource engine. Expanding your turf is never a choice between playing the game and playing your deck — it's the first thing you do.
Deck rules require at least 2 Street Punx and 3 Weed, and your opening five always contains a Weed with two Street Punx inside the top ten. You will have crew and product on turn one.
The variance is in the decisions, not in whether you get to make them. That's the difference between a game that feels unfair and one you immediately want to play again.

Supply Chain Edition · v5.1
A 40-card, two-player turf war. Build your crew, load your Dealers with product, take Prize Cards off KO'd rivals, and run the city. The browser build enforces the full rulebook — Supply Chain, Bust, Prize Lock, Bare Knuckle and all.
Economy Game · Free
Not a card game — a Dope Wars-style buy-low, sell-high trade game set in the same boroughs. Thirty-day campaign, loan sharks, cops, and market swings. Play it in five minutes when you don't have a table and a friend.
Getting Started
Five steps, and the first one is already done for you: Basic Street is in play before the game starts, so you have Heat on turn one. The browser build walks the rest of it as you play.
Each turn, play a Borough card to expand your operation and generate Heat — the resource you spend to play all other cards.
Spend Heat to put Dealers into your Active zone. They're your fighters — but they can't do anything without product.
Attach drug cards to your Active Dealer to boost their ATK. No Stash = no damage. That's the Supply Chain Rule.
Your loaded Dealer hits the opponent's dealer. Damage = ATK minus their DEF. Drop their HP to zero for a KO.
KO 5 dealers to collect all Prize Cards for an instant win — or grind their HP to zero. First to 0 HP loses.
Core Systems
Six interlocking mechanics built from the ground up to capture the authentic risk and reward of street economics.
Dealers deal 0 damage without Stash attached. You must load product before every attack. One exception: Ghost operates on reputation alone.
Carry 4+ Stash on a Dealer and a Police Bust hits for +3 bonus damage — then strips everything. Safe maximum is 3 cards.
KO an opponent's Dealer and draw a Prize Card. Collect all 5 and win instantly. But Prize cards can't be played the turn you earn them.
Your Boroughs generate Heat each turn. Spend it on Dealers, Stash, and Actions. Expand your borough footprint to spend more every turn.
A free Action that makes all Stash cost 0 Heat for both players this turn — a sudden price spike that can flip the board state in a single turn.
No Active Dealer? You still deal 1 direct HP damage. There's no such thing as a completely wasted turn on the street.
The Deck
Four card types carry the whole economy and every one of them earns its slot — from cheap Common crew to Legendary game-enders. Decks are 40 cards with a one-copy Legendary limit, so the set is small enough to learn and deep enough to keep playing.
10 unique · Common to Legendary
Your fighters. From the 1-cost Street Punk to the 5-cost Kingpin. Each needs Stash to operate — except Ghost, who works on rep alone.
8 types · Weed to Golden Brick
Drug cards that attach to your Dealer and boost ATK. Free Ludes heal. Mystery Stash rolls a die. The Golden Brick (+5 ATK) hits when it lands.
16 types · Free to 4 Heat
Instant effects: draw, heal, deal direct damage, freeze a dealer, bust their stash, or drop a Federal Raid to wipe the board.
7 borough cards · Free to play
Basic Street, the Bronx, Brooklyn, Manhattan, Queens, Harlem, Staten Island. One free per turn, each with its own territory bonus — this is your Heat engine, and the reason the game never stalls.
